Musings: I’m holier ‘cos I sin differently
In this part of the world:
Your fashion and hairstyle is everyone’s problem.
Who you sleep with is everyone’s problem.
Your private belief is everyone’s problem.
But your wellbeing is nobody else’s problem.
If you ever need help, that’s your personal problem.
My unpopular opinion: Our inability to mind our own businesses encourages the plague of jungle justice.
Our need to take laws into our hands; to correct* everyone and everything fosters the idea that it is ok to beat the thief in the market, to murder the alleged kidnapper in public, to starve your underage help because he stole meat from the pot…
Afterall you are holier than them because your sins are different…or hidden.
